ABC Flashcards by Julie Morstad

We're huge fans of artist and illustrator Julie Morstad and are slightly giddy about her interpretation of the ABC's for the slightly more sophisticated abecedarian. A is not for apple or alligator, but for acrobat. Why should L always stand in for lion when it can depict a rabbit writing a letter?

This is one of those items we purchase for our kid that we secretly consider ours and hope they don't take much of a liking to lest they become torn, wet, sticky or breathed on wrong. You can find your set of 26 alphabet cards at Buy Olympia for about $16. We expect (and hope!) to see these popping up in Nursery Tours soon.
