Butter Flying: Hand Made Mobiles

We grew up with fun mobiles in our room, but they were never hand made. They were usually made from plastic and store bought; not nearly as personal, or as exquisite as these hand made mobiles.

This French Interior Designer-Product Designer is based in Montreal, Canada and loves handcrafting these beauties. She assures her customers on her Blog and Etsy that each piece is hand made and truly unique.

We really love that these mobiles can work great in a room no matter what age you are. These hand crafted items range in price from $9.99-$40.00. The artist also accepts custom orders!

I just finished an amigurumi mobile. It's so cute, I'm keeping it instead of offering it, as I planned (I'll offer the next one I make).

It's the Weather Mobile from Amy Gaines:

I'm loving it ! It makes me smile everytime I see it.

I made my own which you can see in my nursery tour:

Even though people have asked, there's no way I could charge enough money to make it worth the time it took to make them!

Hers are lovely and a great option for handmade without the handmade effort :)
