Nature Rubbing Plates

All You Need is Rub. Rubbing plates create impressions on paper (or clay) and we think they'd be a great way to put your kids to work making cards or gift tags.

The Bug Rubbing Plates above are each 7"x7" and include an ant, bee, butterfly, grasshopper, ladybug, and spider.

Lay a piece of paper over the plate and rub gently with a crayon to form an impression. Your kids can get creative with different colors or just use black and color them in later.

Botany Rubbing Plates are 6" x 11" and depict tulips, ferns, water hyacinths, orchids, Venus flytraps, and cacti.

The Leaf set is 16 4"x5" rubbing plates of ginkgo, sycamore, river birch, tulip poplar, linden, sugar maple, sassafras, sweet gum, buckeye, hickory, dogwood, holly, box elder, willow, white oak, and elm tree leaves.
