apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

here is a tip...if you go to your local newspaper printer they will give or sell you the ends of the rolls for like 2 bucks! and its longer than the newspaper is tall (does that make sense) so its quite wide and you get a good bit of paper. and for a couple bucks you can get a couple rolls. sometimes they even have the shiny paper they use for advertising. i used to be an art teacher and i got these rolls all the time!

When I was young, in the basement of my parents house hanging in the rafters was a huge roll of paper that was always used for every art project, large cards, decorating our doll houses, etc. I don't remember were they got it from but I know it won't have cost them very much. I wonder if it is still there...
