Here's Kay's explanation of how she made the cards:

"I decided to silkscreen and image of a rat to go with my "year of the rat" theme. I love the look of silkscreen on paper, it has a subtle texture to it . The color scheme was brown and pink, like her nursery. I did all the wording on photoshop and to avoid the hassel of having to print it ( I can never get the settting/margins right), I saved it as an image, uploaded to Snapfish. It was really easy and fun to make."
