    The Babble article was really interesting. What great insight to how special the bonding between child and mother can be while nursing. My daughter is almost completely weaned and I think I'll miss it too.

    Nice Babble article. My son is completely weaned, but like many "extended breastfeeders," I couldn't tell you exactly when that happened. I'm really thankful that we were able to do it gradually and relatively peacefully, so it feels to me that the bond we created through nursing was undisturbed. I don't miss it AT ALL, to be honest, but the memories are very precious to me.
