The Selby: Christina, Swaim and Lowe Hutson

Photographer Todd Selby takes the photo home tour a bit deeper. On his Web site, The Selby, we enter the homes and studios of artists, designers and other creatives -- but more so than just their homes, Selby shows us a glimpse into their lives. The photos are personal and wonderful. Recently, The Selby featured the home of Christina, Swain and Lowe Hutson...

Christina and Swain Hutson are designers and owners of the fashion lineObedient Sons and Daughters. Their home, like their work is exciting and fresh -- but with a great familiar comfort to it.

what a great place. i love homes that are lived-in. especially when it is particularly evident that they have a child. clean design is great in theory, but in practice give me something cozy and warm any day.

This is the most fabulous, eclectic, creative family home I've ever seen. I love the clutter and how it is so unusually put together. Its fabulous!

They sell them in Manhattan at Enchanted which is on Lex and 81st. They sell them online at magic cabin. It's a Waldorf toy. Enchanted also has those baby grands, and about million other things I saw in the photos.

Sorry, but I don't get it - it's just full of random stuff & looks messy, not "fresh" or "full of charm". I'm all for cozy & lived in, but this just seems like a flea market exploded in there. I'll admit the tutus are an interesting idea, but those are about $80 each so I doubt anyone else is going to spend that kind of money collecting them. Just my opinions, but also not a fan of having a big tv in a baby's room either.
