For kids who are exploring some more detailed crafting, an introduction to embroidery can start out simple and build to more complicated levels. The napkins featured here reminded me of a project done with my stepdaughter, only her item of choice was a tea towel. Using iron-on patterns from Sublime Stitching, she worked on tea towels featuring birds and tiki designs while I stitched "his and hers" pillowcases. Click below for some of Sublime's new designs:
