Put baby in the corner. There's debate about the merits of a dedicated changing table, but if you've decided to go that route, consider using an underutilized corner. Using corners effectively is often a conundrum, but this unit by Badger Basket fit snugly into a corner and also allows your baby to face you which is both more ergonomic and enjoyable.

Yes, it's "more ergonomic and enjoyable" until you get an exploso-poop in mid-changing. My husband could never understand why I stood side-on to the baby to change her. Now he knows.
That said, this is a great space-saver.

Ok.... I'm almost too embarassed to admit... but I bought this table already (and I'm at least a year off from having any kiddos of my own). I just really love it so much!!

Love this. Wish I would've had it when my little one was small.

Good in theory, not in function - unless of course you plan to put the child's head near your belly. Otherwise, you're just asking to get pooped on!

I have 4 kids, and I never--not once--got pooped upon while changing them....we used an Ikea changing table that was quite similar to this, but is no longer available.

I have four kids myself, and I have definitely been pooped on. I like the looks of this table, but it would not work for me. I much prefer to have the baby's head at my left hand and butt end at my right - somehow, it's more comfortable.

I wish I could find something similar here in Sydney. I've been looking for a change table like this for over two years. The closest is the IKEA Hemnes chest of drawers/change table but it takes up too much room. We've been making do with a change table on a port-a-cot. And no, we haven't been victims of the exploding poo *knock on wood*.
