Nest Diaper Bags

nestdiaperbag-BLUE.jpgLong gone are the days where diaper bags were an eye sore one simply had to deal with. Nest Diaper Bags prove that a diaper bag can be so much more than what we're used to -- they can be fashionable and fabulous.

Our reader Selena, alerted us to these beauties in a Good Question post. If you can afford the splurge, the complete line of diaper bags by Nest are pretty hip and helpful.

We're digging the Nest Whipstitch which features soft leather, grommets and enough space to stash everything and the kitchen sink. We love the secret compartment at the bottom for storing a changing pad and diapers.

Have any of you tried a Nest bag? Did you like it? Please share.

I just ordered the North South Nest Diaper Bag. I love the look and can't wait to hear comments on how people like them .

I guess I really have to try one out now! ;) Melanie, come back with a review once you get your bag -- I'm eyeing the North South too. Or the canvas tote. Or the grommet tote...

So, I got the Nest North South Diaper bag in the mail on Saturday. I love it! It's quite large-- maybe the largest diaper bag I've seen. As a soon to be first time mom, I do worry that it would be too big but my mommy friends assured me that I'd want one big diaper bag and one a little smaller so this will the larger one.

It's a faux leather but very nice looking and very well made. A million pockets everywhere! One my my favorite features is that the main compartment had hidden magnets that close it. This means that it wants to automatically close, and won't make the loud noises that velcro or zippers can (especially nice for church). The inside also zips out so it can be washed.

For me, $150 is a lot for a diaper bag but I am going to keep this. I really love it.

I spent $140 on my Fleurville tote sling three years ago and I thought it was a bit pricey. But I love purses and figured if this was the one purse I was going to have to use every day for who knows how long, I had to love it. I did and I still do. It looks almost as good as it did when I first saw it. I think I'm getting ready to transition to a more purse-like diaper bag. But how long will I really need a diaper bag?? My oldest is 2 1/2 and my youngest is eight months old. Do I splurge on a new diaper bag I'll use for 2 more years or so or do I wait it out one more year with my current diaper bag???
