Our favorite feature of our childhood home was the wrap-around porch where our family spent countless hours. The downside was that only half of the porch chairs rocked so there was always jockeying amongst the kids for a prized rocker. But what if each family member had his and her very own chair...
Design Mom Gabrielle Blair set out to find individual rocking chairs for each member of her family (all seven of them!) and is in the midst of painting them vibrant primary colors. My mom did this too! We had a big wrap-around porch growing up, with probably 15 rocking chairs painted in primary colors (including an orange porch swing)! How fun. :)
