Aidan Madl has an illustrator and toy designer for a Father and to him, he's just Dad. He goes to Karate and T-Ball and it won't be until later that he notices the difference between his Dad and others. His Father, Jeremy Madl (Mad) is the master mind behind Mad Toy Design and Solid-Industries.

The mouth painted on the wall in Aidan's room belongs to one of Mad's characters which appears on different apparel and toys. We happen to be rather fond of this Ape in portable speaker form, which is what the above Headphonies, are. He's also found on apparel over at Kid Robot.
