Out of curiosity, what is wrong with it? And how long have you had it? I'm considering some Oeuf pieces, but will spend elsewhere if long term quality isn't good.

Called customer service because the white finish of our crib was chipped by some careless movers and they sent paint to fix it immediately. Haven't asked for replacement on anything. Also, what's wrong with your dresser? We find that the dresser drawers of our Oeuf dresser don't like to close well. I don't think it's because I have too much stuff in it either. We have had it for just over two years and had hoped it would wear better.

Our dresser drawers were completely falling apart, I called customer service, they were AMAZING. They sent us a new dresser, which has been working great ever since.
I think they changed the way the drawers worked, so if you have an 'old' one like we did (bought in 2007), that is why you're having a problem.

We've also had great luck with Oeuf customer service. They have been happy to help us (and very quickly, might I add) both times we've needed to call them. Once was for a cracked slat in the base of our crib and the other time they mistakenly sent us another crib instead of a toddler bed conversion kit.

mel11--Thanks for the information. I'm so glad this posting came up. The uneven and poorly operating drawers drive my husband crazy! I'm calling Oeuf customer service first thing tomorrow. I hope I have as good of luck as you.

I have an old model of dresser and have never had a problem with the drawers; I keep 'em oiled and greased, and that has helped with any tightness in rolling action. The only problem I had came from the movers making dents in it.

I got my son their Sparrow crib and the first one that came had few cracks, with chipped paint and no screws. They sent us a new one, it's has been ok.
I hope they improved on quality, ours is from 2007 and honestly I'm not very impressed with it for the money we paid, but their costumer service is good.

I deal with Oeuf all the time as a retailer. Their customer service is excellent. They have always addressed any issues we've had immediately. Our only issues have been freight damage, by the way. I've been very pleased with their quality.
