There is definitely a Jenny Lind-style crib with a fixed rail--the El Greco Woodworking Nassau Crib: http://www.babycoco.com/furniture/Nassau_Crib_Cribs_furniture.html. It is made in the USA by a family-owned company. It is a beautiful, well-made crib and it is available in 9 painted finishes.

My Delta crib (from Babies R Us) is a Jenny Lind. One side is fixed and the other raises and lowers. Hope that helps!
