"Iddy biddy steps for a greener world." Want to save a bath tub full of water? Just turn off the water while you're brushing your teeth. These are some of the small steps we're hoping you'll share with us during Green @ Home month, and they're also the steps Idbids strives to teach kids ages three and up.
When kids get an Idbids Starter Kit, they receive a book that helps them understand the role that they can play in making our world greener. They also receive a Field Guide with a checklist that helps them put their newfound knowledge into action. When they complete everything on the list, they can go to the website with an adult and print out a Certificate of Completion.
The kit also comes with an organic storage bag, and one of the Idbid plush characters: either Scout the cloud, Lola the flower, or Waverly, the water drop.
This seems like a great tool to get kids involved in a fun way. Get to know Scout, Lola, and Waverly better right here .
