Imagiplay Wooden Tree Puzzles

This willow tree looks too happy and bright to be weeping. Technically this is a puzzle, but we think it's also beautiful as sculpture. Since it's designed to stand on its own, it could be displayed on a shelf or dresser. Want a whole forest? Imagiplay also makes a Majestic Oak, a Juniper, a Wildlife Tree and a Monkey Tree.

The puzzle is constructed from eco-friendly rubberwood and the green leaves are painted with non-toxic child safe paint. What's so eco-friendly about rubberwood we wondered? It turns out that rubber trees produce a sap used in laytex manufacturing. When the sap runs dry, usually after 25-30 years, the trees are harvested and new ones are planted in their place.

We like these for their simplicity and though it's better to be playing in real trees, it doesn't hurt to encourage kids to think about trees when they're inside.
