since the dots bedding isnt themey and is a geometric print it should be pretty easy to find artwork to work in the room, i would think anything with a little of the hot pink would work!

what about stretching a fun printed fabric over a canvas?

suuuuuuuper fun kids artwork. absolutely endless possibilities with that. orange looks fantastic with the fushia in the bedding, and softer pinks work too.

i have that bedding in my daughter's room and i've found lots of stuff that works with it. i really love that shade of pink with yellow colors, and because it is so modern and crisp something vintagey like a poster or map would be great too! i did a spray painted frame with a piece of wallpaper, which you can see here with your same bedding, you can buy yards of wallpaper if there is one you like:

The Dwell bedding is fantastic and gives you a lot to work with to make a really special room with high impact.

I have this crib bedding. We bought the large version of this print to put above the crib http://oopsydaisy.com/6202-W1-MW.aspx, and it matches really nicely.

I have this bedding in twin, and I think "complement" is the key phrase. You don't want to get too matchy, maybe just a hint of pink like this (there are LOTS of great other options in this shop):
