Name: Nina
Age: One month
Location: Montreal
Mom Marie was initially inspired by the turquoise color of an old bathroom cabinet she found at a flea market, and the rest of the room took off from there. She threw in a bunch of toys passed down from grandmothers and parents, and created a room that exudes character.
Name: Ava Florence
Age: 2 years
Location: Birmingham, UK
Ava's mom, Joanna, is an interior designer who firmly believes that, when it comes to kids' rooms, the only color rule is that there are no rules. She gave us a tour of Ava's beautiful room, which features handmade items galore, and told us how it evolved from a white room that "looked a bit like a hospital" to the marvelous space that it is now.
Name: Ozzy
Age: 18 months
Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Ozzy’s Mom, Greer, never expected his nursery to become her favorite room in their house. In fact, she never expected to live in the house at all. Oliver is barely two years old, but he’s already lived in three different bedrooms on two different sides of the country. We've always loved the look of black and white with red accents. There's just something so modern and bold about the combination. Parker's room is a great example of how a splash of red can be just the thing to really make black and white sing even more!
