I still have the silver and turquoise baby bracelets of mine and my mother's. My daughter was given one of her own when she was born. They are wonderful mementos and heirlooms. Of course they're usually only worn for a portrait or a special day...baby naming, christening, etc... I love the modern design. What message would it send to some future great grandaughter who inherits it?
