Where does it say that? On their site they say...
"Laboratory test have a proven accuracy rate over 90%, depending on the stage of pregnancy." Though they do state there a several factors with that including how far along you are in your pregnancy so I am guessing maybe in the best conditions the test may be 90% accurate.
To me though it's kinda like what's the point? Most the testimonials were about doubts and not getting their hopes up too high about the test results... so what's the point of knowing if you don't really believe or at least will not be satisfied until having an ultrasound done anyway.
