My Little Ponies by Mari Kasurinen

Perhaps inspired by The My Little Pony Project, or perhaps she's is continuing a childhood appreciation for the little filly, artist Mari Kasurinen gives us her take on the classic 80s toy icon.

With so much attention to detail, Mari Kasurinen blends the sweet little pony from our youth with popular movie icons of today. We LOVE her Alien Pony, Pan's Labyrinth-inspired pony, and My Little Bride Pony (Kill Bill).

While these pieces may not be exactly child-friendly, we're sure the average teen would think they are too cool for school.

This is RAD! I have a my little pony from when I was younger and on the website there are a ton of other ones that are really cute! Thinking of jazzing up mine a bit. ;]
