Voting and more info, below the jump...

The Wave Chaise, is a multi-purpose chaise designed by Roberta RammĂȘ who states, "This concept is inspired by the values and personality of a today's teenager and the standards generated by a global hi-tech culture of facilities, where the access to technology is cheap and easy."

Cheap and easy, huh? Clearly a result of all-in-one, multi-use design the Wave Chaise certainly gives you a mini bedroom in one piece of furniture. What do you think?

I like it, but is it really comfortable?

My kids watch tv, but good grief! I'm not going to have a little multi-media pod to cut them off from the rest of the world. I'd rather my kids by outside playing, reading a book, creating something . . .To me this does not promote anything but encouraging them to veg out in front of the tube.

It's nice, but how on earth do you get it into your home? Crane it through the roof?

No child should have a TV in their room. TV should be used sparingly and with family around. Teens can shut themselves away in their rooms enough without added incentives not to intermingle.
How is that for being judgmental?

I like it and I don't. It's a great idea, very futuristic and extremely cool. My only thing would be that it would definitely have to go well with the rest of the home. On the other hand, I also see this being the future of dorm rooms and college apartments! I would have LOVED it in my dorm that's for sure! haha! Pretty neat overall!

Where would you put this montrosity? "Today's teenager" wouldn't have a need for all that CD storage. Think greener- something that not going to end up in a landfill.

Perhaps if it was a bed it would be a bit more practical. I could see this in a young adults apartment. But then again, how would guests watch TV?

Nobody's kid needs anything like this piece of crap.

Kids need to go outside and play ball, learn how to fish or even just talk with people while looking them in the eye.

I do not think that this is a piece of crap. I like it for a big man cave or young adult's place. I don't like it for my house; this chaise too big, way too big for me. I also don't think this chaise is for kids per se.

i think it look great, and really comfortable. Not sure how it fits in a room, imagine it looks best in an empty studio or loft.

i agree with lollipop. seems like a spoild neglected kid would have one of these. other wise if we had a HUGE warehouse living space this would totally be fun to cuddle the whole family up on.

The idea behind this is fun, but I cannot picture any way of sitting comfortably in there. If you leaned against the back you would whack your head on the bookshelf.
This is not a chaise, this is a deathtrap.

If you are able to get this inside where would this fit in your home?
