Despite the mixed reviews this idea got over at ATLA, we think this is a sweet idea to decorate a kid's room or use as a quick, pretty birthday party decoration. And it's so easy that your kids (the ones old enough to be trusted with a needle) can do it themselves.
Veronica of Petunia used mostly cupcake liners and threw in some circles cut from sheet music and patterned paper. String them together and voila!

I can see this done with valentine cupcake papers...perfect for party decorations!
