How To: Kids' Wagon Cover

2009-08-wagoncover.jpg

Do you have fond memories of summer days being pulled around town in your Radio Flyer wagon? Or were you instead reluctant to climb into a scorching hot metal chariot? Making a wagon cover will keep your kids cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Ashley (remember her alphabet bean bags?) cleverly devised this reversible wagon cover which is not only cuter than using a towel, but stays snugly in place. She calls it a "big fabric wagon shower cap" (hee!), but that should give you an idea that it's not too complicated to make.

Follow this link to Ashley's blog Lil' Blue Boo for her photo tutorial which you can customize to any size wagon.

Really? The Radio Flyer is so classic, do we need to add something to it?
