Perfect Paper Flowers

2007-02-05-flowers.jpgThese pretty pink paper flowers are just in time for Valentine's Day. Who needs real flowers that will wilt in a week when you can make a dozen of these with only a few supplies?

If you've got some tissue paper, scissors, and a pipe cleaner or two, you and your kids are ready to make these beautiful blooms.

It's surprisingly simple to add a touch of beauty to any room with these colorful guys. Place them around the kids' rooms, hang them from the ceiling, or gather them in a vase on the dining table for the whole family to enjoy way past Valentine's Day. The best part- no watering necessary.

We've always loved paper flowers, so we we were so happy to find these homemade flowers in this month's issue of Wondertime Magazine. Ditch your store bought Valentine's Day cards and spend some quality craft time with the kids. This is no impossible craft that will leave you with a mess and cranky little ones. Check out the complete (and like we said, simple) how to at the Wondertime website.
