Valentine Heart Hand Stamp

2010-01-26-vday.jpg

A great idea for Valentine's Day is to make homemade Valentines. We love this idea spotted over at little.lovely blog for kids of all ages.

Create this beautiful heart using your child's hands as stamps. Simply paint the side of your child's closed fist to make one side of the heart. Paint your child's other hand and stamp to create the other side of the heart. That's it. It's fast, easy and simple enough for even really young ones.

I went to bed last night thinking up this project in my head and planning to make these with my children's hands. And here it is! Thanks.

I did something similar last year. loved ones went nuts for it. link: http://sassypiggy.blogspot.com/2009/02/happy-valentines-day.html
