Good Idea

We are smitten with this great activity alcove. It's a great way to house toys and supplies and an activity table without using too much floor space.

If you're not lucky enough to have such a nook, consider converting a closet into something similar. You could even add curtains or fabric panels to hide the contents when not in use.

It's a very cute idea, IF you have a closet to spare. We did an adult-version for our "office" room, and it's been very useful. But, i am not sure i'd be willing to give up the closet in my baby's room in order to do this.

I love how adjustable it could be - just keep raising the surface, and this same spot is eventually a high school homework desk!
