We went hunting for Amy Butler fabric-related projects to get your creative juices flowing for our Amy Butler contest, and it didn't take long to track down this awesome Etsy find. Just as awesome is the story behind its creation:
My son recently asked me why I make so many toys that are pink and flowery... so I asked him what he wanted me to make and he excitedly yelled "A FOOTBALL!!!" He soon followed this exclamation with "But, Mama, no pink." I am proud to present my son's creation for your consideration.
Finally, a ball that's safe to throw inside the house (depending on how tough your stance is on balls inside the house). As squishy as a Nerf ball but much more aesthetically pleasing, these footballs are safe for all ages and come with a jingly bell inside (baby version) or no jingly bell (big kid version).
