We know that many of you love to take the DIY approach to mobiles, so a hat tip to Ohdeedoh reader JoAnne for alerting us to the new Kallt chandelier (it comes with tiny LED lights) at Ikea. Available in white, red, and blue, it looks like it would make an ideal ready-made base for your mobile projects.

Made of PVC and polyester on a steel frame, the Kallt runs LED lights that purport to have a minimum life of 20,000 hours. And it even has 12 hooks all ready for you to hang your own decorations.
