We've noticed that our home became a lot more colorful since our daughter was born...in a good way! We love the idea of accentuating those colors by creating a neutral or white backdrop in the home.

In this photo, it's a child's artwork that really takes center stage on the white wall next to the white kitchen. (We also love this display idea for rotating artwork!)
Though it may seem stark at first, a white backdrop can make even children's toys into little works of art in a museum and make your home appear less cluttered if done the right way. So on the heals of our fabulous Color Contest, don't forget to consider white!

What clips were used to hang the pictures in this photo?

They look similar to something I've bought in the curtain aisle at Target, JesNichole.

Land of Nod sells pretty cheap clips for artwork that are cute, or you can go the old fashioned route and just use laundry pins and rope!

That looks like DIGNITET wire from IKEA. They sell clips, too.

It is the set from Ikea.
We've put one up in our long hallway, and our daughter calls it her 'Art Gallery' and loves to take people of 'tours' of her exhibitions!...
They also have little hooks that are great for hanging things on it, as well as the clips for paper works too. (It saves the walls from blue tak, sticky tape etc too.)
