Inspiration: Midcentury Living Room and Playroom Combination

To us, this room is pretty much perfect. We love the children's toys strewn among the classic midcentury pieces. How lucky is Flickr user wiro.karen?

It's a great example of incorporating children's belongings into the home without sacrificing style. The fun doesn't end indoors; look through the windows and see the beautiful deck complete with tricycle and baby doll cradle. And if you look closely, you'll see a vintage Little People schoolhouse on the window sill.

Thank you so much for posting this! I am sick of seeing nothing but ways to shove kid stuff into hidden corners and spare closets. It's nice to see a home that fully represents everyone who lives there.
