Kids, Cameras, and Photo Books

Over at Photo Bliss, Elissa writes about how her daughter can be uncooperative when it comes to photographs, even running to hide when Elissa is trying to take a picture. Giving her daughter her own camera so she could see how it worked helped solve the problem, and let her see things from her daughter's perspective.

How about taking it one step further and making a photo book of your child's best work? You can choose the best photos, or maybe you even want to have them take a photograph a day and publish the world from their point of view this way. Either way, they'll be thrilled to see their photographs bound in book form.

Thanks Photo Bliss for reminding us to tap into the reservoir of creativity when a child gets behind the lens.

I gave my so our old camera and he loves it. He is so proud of his work and it gives him something to look forward to when we have to end a trip.
