apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

Kindergarten Color Inspiration

It's not often we admit we want at least one room in our home to resemble a Kindergarten in Israel. The colors and light wood tones in combination with the open space just set our proverbial design hearts a flutter. Click through to check out more details.

Although making a giant plywood automobile is probably out of the question (if it's not we request pictures!), the combination of colors and textures is totally within reach. We love the stripes and solids alike. It not only looks like a great place to be a kid, but a fun place to learn basic schooling.

Does this seem over the top for a school? Would it work better as just a playroom instead? Either way, we think it's preeeeety!

That place is AWESOME! I love the lighthouse and the numbered cubbies (I'm assuming they're cubbies).
