Laundry Room Collections

This idea is so simple, but so beautifully executed. Flickr member tsillie hill dreams collected all the random little things she found in her children's pockets, then laid them out and photographed them. She calls the resulting photos Laundry Room Collections, aka "things in little pockets that almost went in washers."

We love that this idea is so personal, yet so abstract -- a lovely way to capture a moment and cherish it on your walls for years to come.

All photos courtesy of tsillie hill dreams. Visit her photostream for more examples of her beautiful work.

Brilliant and beautiful!

(last month, the washer repairman had to come because, ahem, somehow, several rocks and an eraser had managed to block the pump...)

Love this!

My son is such a treasure keeper- his little hands are usually filled with berries, sticks and leaves every where we go. He is now teaching his little sister the joy of the hunt.
