In our recent roundup of
clocks for kids, Ohdeedoh reader Swordspoint commented that she wished there were more clocks with regular numbers, to help her daughter learn to tell time. Consider the humble schoolroom clock. A quick eBay search turned up these vintage models, which hail from classrooms as far away as France and Germany.
If these styles are close to, but not quite, what you're looking for, check eBay for more. We found all these clocks using the keyword search "vintage school clock", which yielded several pages of results.

This one, from ikea, reminded me of an old school clock so I got it for our kitchen. It's easy to read (12" wide) and my son learned to tell time using it. Plus, it was 19.99 and runs on batteries.
