Brooklyn Light Siding by Re-Surface

This one's for your teenagers. Brooklyn artisan Donna Brady of Re-surface designed this series of lighting whose gritty authenticity appeals to teens wanting to make a statement in their bedrooms.

The lights are inspired by dilapidated building facades, often adorned with graffiti, dirt and other urban markers and fits in well with the teen skateboard/punk/hipster aesthetic. They're all 100% handmade in Brooklyn.

Re-Surface offers pendants, table lamps and pillar candles (named after streets in Williamsburg), each in several different designs. The candles are $15 each and the lamps range from $75 - $350. You can find them at Resurface, their Etsy site or these retailers.
