So you have Lladro and you have a Clown Lamp --- what happens when you put the two together? Well, you get the Lladro Clown Lamp. Designed by Marco Antonio Noguerón, the Lladro Clown Lamp is a whopping $1,800. We were always afraid of clowns...what do you think?

Nothin' scarier than a clown...maybe an expensive clown.

I can't decide if it would be less creepy or more creepy if the clown had a face.

What if my 3-yr-old broke it with his play sword? I wouldn't go for a Lladro in his room until he earns money to pay back for it – even if it had a face!

As if a clown lamp wouldn't be creepy enough, they had to make a completely featureless one?? Seriously can't look at it for longer than two seconds before I get the chills...

creepy. clowns don't necessarily bother me, but this one is scary. I wouldn't want it in my room or my daughter's.

ehhhhhhh! lladro!!! Although I am extremely biased because I spent a whole college summer working my butt off in Alaska selling the collection at a high-end art store. Doesn't help that I hated the job and therefore lladro leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. :)

Oooooohhhhh nooooooo noo no no no no no no.

True story:

I was given a porcelain clown sitting on a satin rainbow as a child that hung from my ceiling light; despite the fact that I was terrified of clowns. (my Oma had the sad, crying clown oil paintings in her dark, creepy basement)

I had wallpaper in my room with huge, 60's inspired, primary colored daisies on it.

One night I had the most horrifying, scary awful nightmare that clown faces were coming out of the daisies and into my bedroom to attack me. When I tried to run out of the room, the door handle itself became the face of a clown coming in after me.

When I awoke, terrified, screaming, that porcelain clown was lying in the middle of my bedroom floor, somehow having fallen from the ceiling in the night. It was awful! I knew it was coming for me, and I think it lived in the closet from that day on.

That faceless monster of a lamp up there? Major kid fail. Yikes!

Now that is exactly the sort of think I would expect to be sold at a high-end art store in Alaska.

RedEngine88--Damn, that's a scary story. I was always afraid of clowns as a kid too. I always wondered what was so wrong with them that they had to wear such grotesque makeup.

Not! I don't care if it's a clown. But that just looks like an eyeball staring at me.
