This is not your father's Radio Flyer (or yours for that matter). Our husband sends us the geekiest best links and this one had us scratching our heads a bit. Developed as a prototype, Radio Flyer has tricked out their classic wagon into a high-tech chariot.
Here's a list of the elaborate features: 5-point safety harnesses, padded seats, cup holders, foot brakes, fold-out storage containers, a digital handle that tracks temperature, time, distance and speed, a slot for an MP3 player and speakers.
While the Cloud 9 is still a prototype, the company has intentions of marketing it in some form. What do you think? Many of us drop big bucks for strollers, will this be the new luxury wheels for the toddler set?

Although I love the original, that one looks amazing.

I would totally buy one, as long as the price isn't outrageous...
We have this one:

Last time I was at the zoo I saw a dad pulling a couple of kids in a wagon. It's probably a great idea for kids too big for a stroller but still young enough to tire quickly.

Compared to a high end stroller, such as a Stokke, this looks like a beer cooler to me. Also, it has lost its function as a toy box, or something for the kids to haul stuff around in.

This is ridiculous. What the heck are we all so scared of that we think we need ergonomic seating and belts for our kids?! I'm guessing they'll release this with coordinating helmets, knee/elbow chin pads.

Not a fan. The best part about the classic Radio Flyer is that kids can use it to haul stuff themselves - from toys to dirt to other kids. This model is missing out on the important play element of the classic.

The ones that they have now the kids can still use. I imagine that they would make this one with the seats being removable.

"our husband" :O
that made me giggle :)
It would be good for setting where you wouldn't want the kiddos jumping out into traffic, for someone not wanting to use a stroller that is.
