Look! A Peek Into Dooce's Nursery

As often as we can, we check out Dooce. We were thrilled to see that she recently updated her daughter's bedroom and shared some great photos on her blog.

Beyond the size of the room (we're envious!), we love the drapery, the low platform bed, the mid-century dresser and the artwork. You can read more about her daughter's room here.

I don't really think it's a nursery, though. Leta's four for goodness sakes!

I love the curtains and the light. But wall to wall still gives me the heebie jeebies. Even in bedrooms. Ugh.

I love her color scheme and furniture choices. Great modern set up and lots of room to play.

Where are the curtain rods from? I'm having so much trouble finding super long rods ... needing at least 13 feet long. Ideas?

prairiegirl-

I just bought this one at Bed Bath and Beyond-the only one I could find to span my huge window. It goes up to 15 feet, I think!
