We're fans. We feature NieNie again. This time take a look at her stunning paper fan project. We admire her ability to turn everyday objects into objets d'art.

No instructions given, but it looks like patterned paper, folded accordian-style and spread in fan formation. Sometimes using one sheet, sometimes two.
