If only all my purses were coloured co-ordinated and had the same handle length...

It is pretty though.

It is pretty, but I've never owned nearly that many purses. Or shoes. I'm half-jealous. Mine are colour-coordinated, though! (Easy when you have, uh, three?)

hjalbers, doesn't look like they need the same handle length, if you're going for that non-linear arrangement.

Pretty but it will stretch out the handles or give them weird bumps...tried this once.

This is a cute idea for a photoshoot but it wouldn't look nearly as nice in real life where purses are not color coordinated to match the room and are not all roughly the same size and shape.

Clever idea, but as a former dormitory manager I don't recommend it for an actual dorm room. Many dorms don't allow strong adhesives to be used on the walls because they can damage the paint...kiss your damage deposit goodbye if that happens.

I was a fashion major, so I hung my handbags from a ledge above the closet on pattern hooks :)

i did this in a few apartments in college. the adhesives did pull off paint and a nice amount of spackle, i ended up converting to nails. now im in my mid20s and just pared down my purse collection, though me and my boyfriend have a wall for hats, mostly due to lack of space

Ha. Dorm rooms must be getting a lot nicer in the three or four years that I've been out of college.
