Not quite a hack. More of a re-purpose. We saw this IKEA Flytta Kitchen Cart turned changing table on Daddytypes and had to share. It has an industrial, almost clinical (in a good way), look.

The parents kitted it out with wire baskets and galvanized bins to hold diapers, ointments and other sundries.

Very cool idea! I love it!
I'm regretting getting a changing table for our daughter, but since it was purchased for us by the great grandmother, we didn't have much choice. I guess it'll be passed down to our next child.

I used a three shelf chrome unit from target. It keeps it super modern and can be used as a bookshelf later on or be put back into the kitchen (where we scavenged it from!)
