Look! Letter To My Niece Quilt by The Small Object

Have you heard of Spoonflower yet? It's a new(ish) service that will custom print your own designs onto fabric. We've been watching crafty bloggers try it out for the past few months and are excited for its potential. One of our favorite Spoonflower projects we've seen is this Letter To My Niece Quilt created by Sarah Neuberger of The Small Object

Sarah wrote a letter to her young niece, formatted it in Photoshop, had it rendered in fabric by Spoonflower and she sewed it into a quilt. Not only will this become a treasured keepsake for her niece, it shows that you don't have to be a graphic design genius to take advantage of Spoonflower's service.

You can find out more about the ins and outs of designing your own fabric and Spoonflower. And visit Sarah's wonderful blog, The Steno Pad, when you have a chance.

This is such a perfect idea. My husband is a musician and I could use his lyrics. Thank you!
