Look! Skateboard Steps

The coolest steps in the world? Maybe. Built of custom-made decks, these stairs are a feature at the Roarockit Skateboard School in Toronto. We can easily imagine something similar leading up or down to an older child's ultra-cool lair.

According to designer Ted Hunter, "The aluminium beam is a solid billet of aluminium and the decks were custom made with concave only on one edge." Important to note: While there's no handrail in the photos, Hunter states that handrails were, in fact, added later.
