Look! Skwish Toys

One of Sam's favorite toys is the Skwish, a simple, timeless toy all about color, movement, shape and touch:

We found three versions, and as RSB wrote in a previous thread on go-to shower gifts, this is her son's favorite (next to Sophie Giraffe):

Skwish Classic, Skwish Color Burst and Skwish Natural are all available for $15 each at Manhattan Toys.

Anyone else a fan?

My daughter didn't like the skwish. We tried to get her to play with it several different times and she had no interest.

oh! we just got the skwish and though alden can't hold it yet, he will stare at it for A VERY LONG TIME if we hover it over him. it makes a wonderful, woody sound when tilted and turned.

Oh, what a nice surprise to see my boy's mug here! He is 13.5 months and still loving the skwish.

Declan loves the skwish and has since he was only a few weeks old! His number one toy though is Sophie! We never leave the house without her.

We call it the "toy virus" at our house. It was a hit from a couple of months old. It was important enough that it made it into our monthly photo collage when he was 8 months old: http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/xsc3o2CkOqC8iyO9kB3y1w?feat=directlink

love it! we bought it at 6 weeks, baby didn't care a thing for it at the time but now (13m) she's loved it for ages.
