Stephanie also applied her special touch to this found bookcase. A coat of paint and well-chosen retro wallpaper transforms it into a swan.

Both projects can be tackled by newbie DIYers on tight budgets.

And here I'd been wondering what to do with the rest of a yarn skein after my project needed only 24"... many, many non-sweet variants on the hanging galaxy of yarn are also possible...
