Not too long ago, we were excited to gain one nonstick pan back into our kitchen. We found the Green Gourmet by Cuisinart, and have been enjoying it ever since. It was only a matter of time before other companies started to introduce "green" nonstick pans. The latest is Scanpan Pro from Sur La Table.
Green Ideas: Scanpan Professional Nonstick
It has a ceramic titanium nonstick finish, and PFOA free. It's designed in Denmark and dishwasher safe.

We're happy with our regular set and just one non-stick green pan, but for those who would like a full set- this might be a good option. We'll have to wait on the reviews.
