Klip-It Lunch Cube

2009-09-02-lunchkit.jpg

A co-worker showed up with this efficient little lunch cube and we had to share. It holds a sandwich, fruit or vegetables, and dessert or chips - all in their own compartments.

The Klip-It Lunch Cube has three separate compartments that fold into one neat cube. It comes in a variety of colors, is BPA-free, and can be used in the refrigerator, freezer, top rack dishwasher, and microwave. All this for just $5. It's available exclusively at the Container Store.

this looks like a great solution. i have a few of these, and i like them, but they have too many extraneous lids and whatnot. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BH79VK/ref=ox_ya_oh_product

yes! i've been wanting to get one of these. i wonder if it'd work as a bento box? would the plastic hinges hold up over time?

This would be great for my husband, who is still using plastic baggies to hold his various lunch items.

I love my lunch cube! And you could definitely use this as a bento box...the wells are deep enough that you could fit smaller compartments or dividers in it.

The 'hinge' holds up fairly well...I started hand washing mine though because I noticed a little wear and tear was caused by laying it flat in the dishwasher. Otherwise these are great!
