Alice in Wonderland Bowl

alice-bowl.jpgClassics never go out of style. Fans of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (and we know there are many among you) will love this ceramic bowl printed with John Tenniel's original illustration of the Mad Tea Party.

alice-bowl-2.jpgDepicting Alice at tea with the Hatter, the March Hare, and the Dormouse (clearly prior to the attempt to stuff him into the sugar bowl), this bowl is both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Wood engravings (such as Tenniel's) are designed to be printed onto paper.

An artist who works in ceramics should adopt a ceramic technique, not an illustrator's technique.
