Beehive Baby Spoons

2008-11-03-beehivefront.jpg

Having just introduced solids to our son, we've given some thought to baby spoons lately. Their shape, weight and ease of cleaning is most important, but it doesn't hurt if they're really cute either. These new baby spoons from Beehive certainly fit the bill. And our favorite thing about them? Wait for it...

Animal rumps!

Each lead free pewter spoon comes in a gift box and sells for $22 at Beehive (who you may know for their pewter tea and coffee accessories).

Cute, but not really practical. Baby mouths are delicate, so softer spoons are better than metal ones for real eating.

V cute, but my favorite spoons are the take & toss ones (though I don't toss them!) I agree with rebeccac - plastic is much better than metal.
